This policy outlines the measures we have implemented to prevent child exploitation, comply with child protection laws, and provide mechanisms for users to report violations.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Shama Challenge explicitly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation on its platform. Any violations will result in immediate account termination, removal of the offending content, and reporting to law enforcement authorities as required by law. Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines state that:

  • Any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any user engaging in grooming, sextortion, child trafficking, or any form of exploitation will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
  • We will immediately remove any content violating these rules and take enforcement actions, including legal reporting and immediate account termination.

3. In-App Mechanism for Reporting and User Feedback

To enhance user safety and facilitate reporting:

  • Shama Challenge provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report suspected child exploitation.
  • Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our moderation team, and necessary action, including content removal and user bans, is taken.
